Phillip Martin Brown does a decent job here but not enough to carry the film

Frankenstein’s diary and recreates his experiment on her husband to cure him 100 years after Frankenstein’s original monster.This diary has been sought by many but a secret group is trying to find the diary and destroy it for good as it goes against nature and God.Sounds pretty interesting and the overall concept is solid.The costumes and sets are pretty believable for the time, around the late 1800s.The dialogue is a bit wooden but like a stage show, I’m pretty sure this is due to both the script and the poor way the actors deliver their dialogues trying to sound authentic from that era. There are some experienced and decent actors here but I never felt like they had a proper grasp of the ideology or the era.

She appears in a limited role later in the film

Also the way it was shot removed an authentic feel and resembled a higher picture quality version of a 90’s TV movie. I watched the film to see Michelle Ryan as I liked her in Eastenders and then she played her in Bionic Woman and then her career fizzled out.

Honestly I would skip it even if you have Prime unless you are a huge Frankenstein fan but then you might hate it even more

There were a few moments while watching where I had to chuckle at the bad dialogue or poor acting or over the top acting of facial expressions. 4/10.
