Anthony Mackie returns as hero Sam Wilson, who has officially taken over the role of Captain America. After meeting with the new President of the United States, Thaddeus Ross, Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident. He must discover the motive behind a nefarious global conspiracy before the real mastermind brings the whole world to its knees.
