He’s smart

He’s adorable. He’s Dexter Morgan, America’s favorite serial killer, who spends his days solving crimes and his nights committing them. During season 8, Angel Batista was not always played by David Zayas.

His son David Zayas Jr

replaces his father in some shots, as the two bear a striking resemblance. Visible throughout the first season, Dexter has a large scar on his left side. Later in season 2, the scar has moved to his right side, leaving his left side unmarked.

I can’t wait for the next episode

Dexter is the show I’ve been watching TV my whole life waiting for! The complex and damaged characters, the twisting plot and Dexter’s adoptive father who nurses him back to health, to make him the perfect avenger, it’s all so intoxicating! This show is not only beautifully acted, with every main character holding my full attention, but it’s written with such depth that I find it absolutely irresistible!

More of this great period of the show

I’m finding it really hard to wait and see more of how Dex was traumatized as a child, more of Harry’s lessons, more of the growing relationship with Rita, more of the Ice Truck Killer, more forensic analysis… Kudos to everyone involved…this show is sure to be a huge hit!
