In the timeless city of Macondo, seven generations of the Buendía family navigate love, oblivion, and the inevitability of their past and destiny

It is Netflix’s most expensive Latin American project to date, with Colombian groups and indigenous communities creating the props and sets for the series. One Hundred Years of Isolation 🌿 Story: The series, based on the famous novel of the same name by Gabriel García Márquez, revolves around “José Arcadia Buendía” and “Ursula Iguaran,” two cousins ​​who leave their village in search of a new home, after marrying against their parents’ wishes.

From the beginning of the first episode, it was clear that I was embarking on an impressive undertaking that truly exceeded my expectations

Accompanied by friends and adventurers, their journey culminates in the establishment of a virtuous city on the banks of a river of prehistoric stones called Macondo. Many generations of the Buendia dynasty will determine the future of this legendary city, tormented by madness, impossible love, a senseless bloody war and the fear of a terrible curse that will rule them, without hope, for a hundred years of isolation.

Each episode made me want to see the next one

The sequence of events is incredible, orderly and calm, and its clarity on every detail and every part, and it gave me a wonderful feeling. Everything is perfect, the performances, sounds and atmosphere are coherent and wonderful.

Honestly, a very beautiful series, and it did not disappoint me, it is very enjoyable. “One Hundred Years of Solitude” is one of the biggest TV and streaming premieres of this month.
